My furnace broke down late at night on a cold winter night. I called Quality Heating and Cooling and Jordan, the owner, was at my door step within 30-40 minutes. I contacted Jordan, from Quality Heating to do a maintenance on my 13 year old furnace. Upon inspection he found a large crack in the heat ex-changer and a burnt relay for the motor. He took a picture of the crack and showed it to us. He explained that the cost of the repair vs a new furnace was not worth the expense. We decided to replace our old furnace with a new more efficient one. His team completed the replacement in a day. With the old furnace removed, Jordan showed us the crack.
